Thailand Management Association (TMA) is a non-profit organization that was established as a centred collaboration of Thai government and private sectors to enhance their holistic competitiveness to elevate overall Thailand’s competitiveness in the global market.

We are a partner with many leading international development institutes and organizations in Thailand, in collaboration with Office of the National Economic and Social Development Council, to bring forth the synergy of government and private sectors for the development and enhancing the country's competitiveness.

Management Development Partner is a division under TMA, focusing on providing a holistic leadership and skill development solutions. For over a decade, we have been thought partner with executives and leading organizations both governmental and private sectors across Thailand and internationally, not only serving as management development partner, but also as a platform that connects and brings together the leaders and masterminds to grow a community of professionals who support one another with the common goal towards enhancing capabilities and competency for sustainable business growth.

We take into consideration for our members’ and clients’ unique business context and especially the learner’s learning behaviors and personas, especially in the post-pandemic era. Our team goes beyond working members which also includes highly experienced consultants, executives and subject matter experts who are knowledgeable and qualified by years of actual field experience.
